How To Apply SingPass Account for Maids (Migrant Domestic Helpers)?

Step 1: Register for a SingPass Account (https://www.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/register/instructions)

To complete the registration process, you will be required to input the following details:

1. Full name (as stated on your FIN card)
2. FIN number
3. Date of issue
   (For new cards with a QR code, utilize the SGWorkPass app on your mobile device to scan the QR code and ascertain the card's date of application. This date should be provided when prompted for the date of issue of your identification card.)

Once you have submitted the above details successfully, your SingPass and PIN will be dispatched to your registered address within four working days.


Step 2: Download SingPass Mobile App

Based on your mobile phone model, you can download the SingPass App from the following app stores:

2. Google Play Store
3. Huawei AppGallery
